Goals
SCENARIO
We have a vehicle that's unregister and we have to complete the repairs on the vehicle prior to the date it's booked in for registration, we have budgeted for the required repairs/replacement and registration costs being $1,000. We are in June and the vehicle is booked in for registration in Oct.
JUNE
GOAL: Research, Purchase & Fit new windscreen $300
JULY
GOAL: Research, Purchase & Fit 4 new tyres $400
AUGUST
GOAL: Research, Purchase & Fit new seatbelts $120
SEPTEMBER
GOAL: Research and book appointment at a garage for a Roadworthy Certificate $30
OCTOBER
GOAL: Register the vehicle $150
Daily Tasks & The Priority of A, B or C
Break daily tasks up into groups of A, B or C. A: Very important & must be completed. B: Should be completed C: Not necessary to be completed.
If you have several A: tasks, break them down into the order they need to be completed and then add a numeral A1, A2 , A3 so you know which to complete first. And do the same for B: and C: tasks too.
Our goal is to complete all A: tasks. If you don't complete any of the tasks in B: or C:, then add them to the next day, week or month, depending on the importance of the task being completed.
